FMED club

For registered users, we provide several different benefits that you can use with the help of FMED points.

How do I get FMED points?

You can currently earn FMED points:

• With online purchases
• With other actions that he determines

IMPORTANT! If you are not logged in at the time of checkout, we cannot assign you points for the purchase for technical reasons.

FMED Points for Online Purchases

For every full €1.00 of your order value, you will receive one point. €1.99 brings you 1 point, while €2.00 already brings you 2 points.

Points will be credited to your account once your order has been paid for in full and the payment has been credited to us.

If the value of the order and the payment differ (e.g. due to a return or delivery error), you will receive a number of points according to the amount you paid for it. For each completed and processed purchase, you will receive points and for 1 € you will receive 1 FMED point.

Scale

• Silver membership, 300 points and more brings you a 5% discount on every purchase
• Gold membership, more than 1500 points bring you 15% discount with any purchase
• Platinum membership, more than 2500 points bring you 20% discount with any purchase

User portal

You can access your points balance in your user pages in the “my points” tab.

Validity

Points are valid for 1 year from purchase.

After 1 year has elapsed since the purchase, the number of FMED points will be deleted. 30, 20 and 10 days before the points expire, we will notify you by email.

In case you have enough points on your account at the expiration date, you will stay in the current level, in case there are fewer FMED points on your account, we will place you in the appropriate level according to the scale.

We reserve the right to change or terminate loyalty points without prior notice.
