Jarrow Formulas K-Right

Jarrow Formulas K-Right is a complex of three different forms of vitamin K plus vitamin D (MK-4, MK-7, K1 and vitamin D3).

Vitamin K and D help with bone mineralization

Vitamin K and D help the body to store calcium in the bones and thus help with mineralization. This way, they can prevent osteoporosis, pain and fractures in bones and joints and prevent calcination (loading of calcium in soft tissues and veins).

Vitamin K complex

Vitamin K in nature exists in several different forms. The most important for our body is vitamin K2, which most commonly occurs in two active forms and both are contained in K-Right:

• Vitamin K2 as Menakvinon-4 (MK-4)
• Vitamin K2 as Menakvinon-7 (MK-7)

Among the experts MK-4 is particularly valued, which, due to the hard extraction, is located in only a few supplements.

Appropriate doses of vitamin K2

The Vitamin K2 is effective only in high doses. Some recommend doses of 2,000 mcg upwards. Vitamin K2 is not toxic even in high doses.

Vitamin K & D

Vitamin K and vitamin D are working synergistic in directing of calcium into the bones so they should always be taken together. With K-right you can do it easily with a single capsule. K-right contains a maintenance dose of vitamin D, if you have a deficiency we recommending a short-term additional intake of the higher dosage of vitamin D.

Best absorption of vitamins – Softgel

K-Right comes in the form of Softgels containg an emulsion of vitamins K and D with extra virgin olive oil. Since vitamin K and vitamin D are fat soluble vitamins, this greatly improves their absorption and at the same time, small, smooth softgel capsules are easy to swallow.
