How to use

How do I use Mucuna Dopa?

Take 1 to 2 capsules a day. Do not exceed the dose of 6 capsules daily.

For best results do not take with high protein meals as this may affect absorption. While taking make sure to take sufficient vitamin B6 best in the form of P5P.

If you had a melanoma or a problem with blood sugar in the past (e.g. diabetes) or if you take MAO inhibitors, consult an expert before taking.
