Jarrow Formulas B-Right
Jarrow formulas B-Right is a specially selected B complex with superb composition. It’s a balanced mix of B-group vitamins. All the containing vitamins are in their active, coenzyme or methyl forms, which ensures their optimum absorption and the ability for the body to use them. B vitamins vary greatly and, while one is effective, others may even be harmful. Evaluation of the quality of vitamins and minerals is a complex task, but one of the signs that the B-complex is most likely a quality one is the content of three major B vitamins in their active forms:
- B12: Instead of Cyano-cobalamin a quality B-complex contains methyl-cobalamin
- B9: Instead of folic acid, methyl-folate (MTHF)
- B6: Instead of pyridoxine chloride, P5P
You know that almost 30% of people have a strong defective MTHFR gene that prevents the activation of folic acid in methyl-folate. Folic acid can thus lags in the body where it causes damage. Always make that the supplement you buy contains methyl-folate and not folic acid.
