Jarrow formulae bile consists of a mixture of highly concentrated bile acids, also called bile salts. The body needs bile salts for successful fat metabolism.<\/p>\n
Bile is a dark green to the yellowish brown liquid that is produced in the body by the liver. It is mostly composed of water, bile salts and cholesterol. After production is collected in the gallbladder, from where the presence of food triggers it to be squeezed into duodenum.<\/p>\n
Digestion in the body begins with chewing food in the mouth. It then travels down the throat, where it meets with gastric acid and some digestive enzymes.
