Monolaurin se prirodno pojavljuje u kokosovom ulju i vrlo je sli\u010dan monogliceridima u maj\u010dinom mlijeku.<\/p>\n<p>Kada uzima laurinsku kiselinu (npr. Kokosovo ulje), tijelo je pretvara u Monolavrin.
