All published prices are in EUR and include VAT. Prices are valid for purchases made through the fmed.eu online store and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are valid at the time of placing the order. VAT payers are also required to provide their tax number when registering.
Payment for the selected goods can be settled in three ways:
Delivery via GLS or DPD: The customer pays for the goods upon receipt of the shipment, as well as the cost of postal order, to the postal employee or at the post office in case you are absent when the delivery person visits. The cost of postal order or commission is charged in the online store fmed.eu before the order is confirmed.
Items have a warranty if so stated on the warranty card or on the invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and upon presentation of the invoice. Warranty periods are indicated on the warranty cards or on the invoice.
Warranty information is also provided on the product presentation page. If there is no information about the warranty, the item does not have a warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, you can contact us and get up-to-date information. The warranty can be claimed by the consumer for products for which a warranty is mandatory (the list of these products is determined by the Rules on Goods for which a warranty for faultless operation is issued) and for those for which a voluntary warranty has been given. During the warranty period, the consumer may request the guarantor to eliminate the defect free of charge. If the defect cannot be corrected or the company does not correct it within a total period of 45 days, the consumer can request a replacement for a new free product.
The warranty does not cover:
The consumer (user) can claim defects in the purchased goods under warranty or on the basis of a material defect.
A complaint on the basis of a material defect can be claimed by the consumer for each purchased product (which means that the consumer can exercise the rights from the material defect due to a defect in a product for which a warranty has not been given, and can decide to do the same if he does not want to claim a warranty for a product for which a warranty was given).
The error is real:
On the basis of a material defect, the consumer may complain about the defect in the product to the seller within two months of the discovery of the material defect (the seller is no longer responsible for defects that appear on the product after two years from the receipt), and at his own choice request the correction of the defect or a refund of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or the replacement of goods or a refund of the amount paid. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the product. If the defect is not disputed, the company must satisfy the consumer’s claim as soon as possible and no later than within eight days. If there is a dispute about the defect, the company must provide a written response to the consumer within the same period. To assert a material defect, you must send a written request by e-mail to info@fmed.eu.

After completing the purchase process, the user will receive a notification of receipt of the order via e-mail with all the necessary information about the purchase. In doing so, the customer must pay attention to the correct data entry. The buyer also receives an e-mail at the time of dispatch of the goods. The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company or for delays of suppliers in the delivery of products. When the user places an order, it is considered that he accepts it and agrees with the stated general terms and conditions. The online store fmed.eu does not bear subsequent liability in the event that it is unable to deliver a certain item or in the event of a delay in delivery.

The buyer can cancel the order before the goods are shipped. In the event of cancellation of the order after confirmation and payment, but before dispatch, the provider reserves the right to charge a processing fee of EUR 10.00, which is deducted from the refund.
This cost covers order processing costs, transaction fees, and administrative tasks.
This provision is without prejudice to the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract under the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), which applies to natural persons who purchase goods for purposes outside their gainful activity.
The User (the above applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire the goods for purposes outside their gainful activity) has the right to notify the Provider via e-mail address info@fmed.eu within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods, that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for their decision. The only cost that the consumer must pay in the event of withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept shipments with a ransom! The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the submission of the message of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). To withdraw from the contract of items, the user must send a written request by e-mail to the address info@fmed.eu. The products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, which must be undamaged, otherwise the return of the goods will be refused. In the event that the user orders two or more products at the same time, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract for individual products as well. The provider shall refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the message of withdrawal from the contract, whereby the purchase price will be refunded through the transaction on the user’s bank account. The buyer must return the goods to the address of Adrimax s.r.o. If the provider is late with the refund of the payment, he must pay the consumer, in addition to the legal default interest, one tenth of the received payments for each completed thirty days of delay in return.
The consumer shall not have a right of withdrawal in the case of contracts the subject matter of which is an article which has been manufactured according to the consumer’s precise instructions, which has been adapted to his personal needs, which by its nature is not suitable for return, which is perishable or which has already expired. There is no possibility of withdrawal from the contract when purchasing software or audio and video media if the consumer has opened the security seal.
If you want an account to a company, you accept the terms and conditions that apply to companies (the same conditions as for natural persons, but without the possibility of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days). We enable companies, sole proprietors and other legal entities to return shipments of items within the warranty conditions. Legal entities do not have the option of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days or getting a refund of the purchase price, as is the case with consumers (natural persons).
In the event that the customer receives a physically damaged parcel or a parcel that shows signs of opening, or a parcel with missing contents, it is necessary to complain about it to the delivery service, in the same condition as it was received (without adding or removing anything) and initiate the complaint procedure with the delivery service by filling out the complaint record. Together with the delivery service, we will strive to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
The products will be delivered to the user through the selected delivery service in the shortest possible time, within five to ten working days. If we are unable to deliver the product to you during this time, we will notify you immediately by e-mail address or by phone. Products in stock will be dispatched on the same day or no later than the day after receiving your order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If the product is not in stock or that for any reason we cannot ship the ordered product, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In the event that you are not reachable when you visit the delivery person, you will receive a notification about the incoming mail. In this case, you can pick up the ordered product at your local post office within 15 days. You pay the ransom of the package on delivery in cash to the postman. Collection is possible on the basis of an identification document only by the person whose data (name and surname) were provided when submitting the request for delivery.
If you do not receive the ordered goods after 30 days from the receipt of the order, we will send you a message via e-mail in which you can cancel or extend the order until the product is in stock. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are charged according to the price list of the selected delivery service. The shipping cost is calculated and added to the purchase amount at the end of the order.
All contracts concluded between the provider and the buyer are archived at the headquarters of Adrimax s.r.o. All invoices will be permanently stored with the provider. The buyer can obtain a copy of the contract by requesting an e-mail to the address info@fmed.eu.
The content on the fmed.eu website is the property of Adrimax s.r.o. Any copying, use, publication, distribution of online content or individual parts thereof is prohibited without the written permission of Adrimax s.r.o.
For any complaints, the buyer is provided with the e-mail address info@fmed.eu. The provider shall make every effort to fulfil its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system. The provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. Otherwise, disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Sofia.
