Galactomune prebiotics

Galactomune is a formula designed for balancing TH1/TH2 response.

It is an excellent choice of prebiotics for all who do not tolerate inulin and its fructans. With intolerances to inulin, prebiotics can be replaced by Galacto-oligo-Saccharides (GOS) contained in Galactomune. Together with beta-glucans tey form a mixture of prebiotics for optimizing intestinal microbiota as they contain specially selected forms of soluble fiber, which can be fermented by intestinal bacteria. They use it as their food while reducing the possibility of unpleasant side effects with the use of Inulin prebiotics. They can, in sensitive individuals, cause bloating, tension and abdominal pain.

Galacto-Oligo-Saccharides

Galacto Oligo Saccharides are a special form of lactose binding, which the human enzymes cannot break down, meaning that they freely pass intact through the stomach and the small intestine into the colon where they selectively feed the bacteria. Bifidobacteria and Laktobacillii react the strongest on GOS, while other bacteria cannot feed off them. More food also means a larger number of these bacteria and thus establishes a strong, good intestinal microbiota that is vital to health.

Beta-Glucan

Beta-Glukanis are polysaccharides of glucose and are brebiotic fiber. They have a wide range of benefits to the whole body by influencing monocytes and macrophages.

Additional beta glucans effectively lower high cholesterol.

Galactomune prebiotics are produced in such a way that they do not contain allergens such as eggs, nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten and soybeans. It does not contain artificial dyes, flavourings or preservatives. Their composition contains milk and fish.
