Healthy Origins Inostol is 100% pure myo-inozitol of pharmaceutical quality. It is easily absorbed and the body quickly creates active substances Inositides from it.
Do not confuse mio-inositol with other shapes of inositol (e.g., IP6) as they have completely different effects.
Inositol benefits
Inositol is excellent in stabilizing LH peaks, which are a very common cause of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Inositol is therefore used for PCOS treatment.
Often, inositol is also used to calm and achieve deeper sleep.

How to use
How do I use Inositol?
Mix ¼ teaspoons of powder with liquid and drink with or without meals.
For PCOS the recommended dosage is from 200 to 4000mg a day, taken before Breakfast. Higher dosage occurs more frequently in studies and is more Effective.
For neurological effects, higher doses are required. Antidepressant effects have been shown at 6g daily, and the standard dose for neurological and psychological effects is 14-18mg daily.
