From this bowel irritation derives the laxative effect of magnesium.

    I started taking this exact brand of magnesium and I just watched a video about the good and bad forms. I’m so glad I chose this one. I started paying attention to what I was taking because I wanted to feel better.
    You sometimes have to spend a little more to get better results. I’m low income but I’m also an elder and want to feel better too. Money matters but my health is more important!
