Vitex Agnus-castus or Chaste tree, is a tree of the Mediterranean area and is one of the few trees of the Vitex type that grows outside the tropical area. It’s been in use for millennia, and now we’re discovering it again. For a long time it was considered an aphrodisiac, but today it is mainly used to support menstrual issues and for preventing PMS (pre menstrual syndrome).
Vitex is a supplement obtained from agnus-castus tree berries. In multiple studies, Vitex has demonstrated effects that have reduced:

How to use
How do I use Vitex extract?
